Your journal entries, thought downloads, and CTFAR entries belong to you. They are stored locally on your device. We have no access to them and make no claim over them.
The Thought Download name, logo, app design, and website content are owned by Sandra White. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without written permission.
Premium features may be purchased through Apple's App Store. All such transactions are governed by Apple's terms and policies. We reserve the right to change, add, or remove premium features at any time.
Thought Download is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app or website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Thought Download is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. It is a journaling and self-coaching tool. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Capped Bermuda LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Thought Download. Our total liability to you shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah. If you are a resident of a European Union country, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the app or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
