If you contact us by email, we receive only the information you choose to share in that email.
When you visit our website, basic server logs may be generated by our hosting provider (IONOS). These logs may include your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use third-party analytics services on this site.
If you sign up for our newsletter through this site, we collect your email address for that purpose only. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Premium features within the app are purchased through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Thought Download is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since we do not collect personal data through the app, there is nothing stored on our end to request, correct, or delete. If you have submitted your email address for our newsletter, you may request removal at any time by emailing us at hello@thought-download.com.
